Workshop Meetings

If you’ve missed a meeting, there’s no need to worry! Our instructors will catch up students on any material missed at every new meet.

  • 11 AM - 12 PM: Virtual Google Meet

    Students will continue creating their own comic-strip stories, with time limits for each panel. Stories must have one mystical element; something their instructors have never heard of before!

  • 11 AM - 12 PM: Virtual Google Meet

    Students will watch a Bob Ross video of their choice and replicate the styles and depth Ross shows. Students may use watercolor paint, acryllics, oils, or pencil and crayon!

  • 11 AM - 12 PM: Virtual Google Meet

    Building on the previous meeting, students will write creative stories based in the landscape of the Bob Ross painting they replicated. Students may introduce new characters or plot twists as they wish!

  • 1-2 PM: Olympia Banquet Hall

    Students will analyze the poems of Rose Fyleman including, but not limited to, Mice, The Rainbow Cat, and Sometimes. Students will work in small groups to discuss interpretations.

  • 3-4 PM: Virtual Google Meet

    Students will explore different styles of poetry and pick one to write!
